CHEST MEASUREMENT
With your arms down, measure around the upper body — under the arms and over the fullest part of your chest.
(If you flex during this step, we won’t judge.)
LENGTH
Place the tape beside the collar at the top of the tee (Highest Point Shoulder).
Pull it straight down to the bottom hem.
(If you need a cousin to help, that’s what cousins are for.)

CD SIZING RECOMMENDATION
If your chest measurement is right on the edge, go up a size.
